Color Blocking??

This is my first attempt at color blocking.  I think it's ok, how about you?  I have seen so much color blocking all over the place and now this is my try at it.  This is also a new necklace, well new to me anyways!  My little brother has been visiting for the last week and he is just finally getting to walk again after 3 long months of being in a boot cast.  You see, the last time the hubby and I visited Canada my brother and him went snowboarding.  Lets just say that it didn't go so well, my brother ended up shattering his leg and has had some major surgery.  So, when he got down to San Diego and could barely walk I suggested we get him some sort of awesome cane.  Off we went to hunt for a cool cane and the local thrift store proved to be great for the cane and this necklace.  A win win!!
