If there is one thing I have learned over time, it is that I love shoes! Who doesn't .... really! One other thing I have also learned is that not all shoes are created equal. There are dancing shoes, going out for dinner shoes, shoes that get bought but never get worn, the super comfy shoe, the ugly truth shoe, the shoe that looks so great but I hate them by the end of the night shoe. I could go on and on about this issue. So I have been looking for the perfect nude shoe for what feels like forever! When I spotted these lovelies the other day I just knew we were meant to be. But here is the thing, I am pretty sure these are "going out to dinner only" kinda shoes! I mean, who the heck can wear these sky high kinda shoes for more the 20 minute walking intervals at a time! Call me a wimp, or maybe I am just missing a essential gene for women to wear super high heels, but I turn into a super cranky girl if in shoes like this and walking in them for too long. Do not get me wrong, I love these new shoes ... I am just gonna put them in the "look pretty, out for dinner shoe" category real quick. Does anyone else out there categorize your shoes like this or am I the only crazy???? Oh, and apparently I think I can fly .... haha, gotta love that last photo! To hard to walk in for 20 minutes but I can run and jump in them for a photo shoot, oh the things we do for excitement!
I love your outfit especially the blouse.

haha you got so high!! that's amazing!! love it.
ReplyDeleteGreat shoes! I categorize shoes sorta the same way. I save most of my sky high heels for work, actually, because my hubby & I are the same height & I feel weird being waaaay taller than him.
ReplyDeleteEven if the shoes aren't comfy, this is a great outfit. Black & white with nude heels is becoming one of my favorite combos. I'm on the lookout for my own pair of nude heels too..maybe I should check Kohls... :o)
haha, it's alright to have just dinner shoes, I know how you feel. I've always been amazed by women who can walk around all day in sky high heels. Our feet shouldn't suffer too much for beauty lol.
