Nope, I am not going back to school but Everybody, Everywear sure the heck is.  If you haven't checked out this blog you really should ... they come up with a theme to wear for the month and then everyone links back with their version of it .... so much fun!!!  Anyways, I have always wanted to be a teacher and I feel this is my go to "teacher" look.  I think I would be one of the those way too over dressed teachers all the time ... but that is kinda my life in general.  I would rather be a little overdressed then under dressed ... nothing wrong with standing out in a crowd!

Monday Moring Blues

When I originally bought these shorts from the Gap I was a little worried they might be a bit hard to remix.  It turns out that they aren't that bad, they have been my go to shorts for the summer and I have really liked them and found a ton of ways to wear them.  I think it is the color that makes re-mixable.

Just a skirt and a shirt

Sometimes when you have a great skirt it does all the work for you, so I decided to just pair it with a simple t-shirt and go.  I have been seeing a whole bunch of lovely blogger ladies doing such and I jumped on that train!!   Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

This is just a little something I wore while setting up for a big Bat Mitzvah that we did last weekend. We took these photos on the balcony of the La Jolla Birch Aquarium ... so pretty right?!?  I purchased this shirt a while back but have found it a bit hard to wear.  The reason I bought it and love it is because of the back of it ... longer and has this cute little knot.  However, it doesn't do well tucked in and most things it is too long for.  I still have some major love for it and with continue to challenge myself to wear it, I love a good challenge!

Yes, I am fully aware that it is after Labor Day and I am wearing white ... and I really don't care!!  Who made that silly rule anyway ... why would I ever want to buy clothes that had such limitations ... I say go for it, wear white all the time .... it always looks great.  I also had to work all weekend long and did not get to truly enjoy Labor Day so for me it didn't really happen which means I can wear white all fall and winter long .... ha, take that Labor Day!!

New Pumps

I am pretty sure I have been on the hunt for the perfect pair of leopard print pumps for what feels like FOREVER!  And here they are ... found at good ol' Macy's and made by Anne Klein ... can't say I have ever own anything by Anne Klein but I am pretty in love with these shoes!  They are a bit high for my liking .... I am a really big wimp when it comes to heels ... but I love them!
